Mini Starships series #4

Some more little ships from my boardgame, of human origin this time. This is a battleship with a battlecruiser in front.

While considered by many among the ugliest starships of the known universe, these ships represent the culmination of the human design school. The battleship hosts two laser mirrors of humongous size in two fully retractable mounts, and features a large armored nose able to withstand the passage through an hydrogen cloud at near-relativistic speeds.

The skin of the ship is of complex layered structure and features fake heat-spots and special cooling circuits that allow infra-red camouflage of weak points -always a favorite when targeted by enemy laser beams.
